The next IMISCOE 2024 Spring Conference Mobilities and Immobilities in an Era of Polycrisis will take place in Istanbul, from April 17th to 19th, 2024. It will be hosted by The Migration Research Center at Koç University (MiReKoç).
The Deadline for the submission of the papers is September 18th 2023.
The conference will consider paper submissions focusing, on but not limited to, the following topics:
- Polycrisis, mobility/immobility, and stages of migration
- Perspectives on political crises
- Migration within the context of global economic and financial crises
- Migration and health in a rapidly changing world
- Environmental and climate change induced migration
